Devendra Pandey is a leading name with more than two decades of experience in consumer durable finance, automobile and Real Estate. A passionate man who has been a growth driver in bringing property exchange to new heights in this modern era.
He has a sturdy grasp on the marketing of real estate which includes the process of exploring, creating and delivering the product to meet the needs of the target market.
After graduating in Management from Allahabad University, he started to craft his career in the Consumer Durable Finance Company in Allahabad in early 2000. He worked there for a couple of years and shifted to an automobile Company as the core sales team to launch Chevrolet Brand in India. After achieving the Demo Award for his remarkable performance, he switched to real estate.
Now was the time to take a leap into the Real Estate industry. Hence, in the year of 2005, he joined Landmark group as Manager Sales and exited in 2013 as AVP- Sales and Mrkt. He served the company for 9 years and delivered 11 projects, a mix of residential and commercial projects with a turnover of 1500cr.
In the year, he joined VSR group as Vice President and managed 3C’s i.e. Customers, Construction and Collection of all projects of the company. After bringing the company to an aristocratic level, he departed as a Director in year 2021 after delivering the projects and providing a turnover of 1000 Cr.
With a focused goal and experience in knowing when to pivot, he started his own business venture as an entrepreneur in the field of Hospitality, Property Exchange, and Real Estate in December 2021.
Within a time span of 2 years, he has been reckoned as one the best Entrepreneur in the Real Estate industry with 3 Hotel Projects under the Brand Name “Devyansh Hotels” at Sector 68, Sector 85 and Sector 88, Gurgaon and a DDJAY Residential Plotting Project “Grace County” at North Gurgaon, Haryana.
Due to his rigorous work experience in different industries, he recognizes the demand and needs of the market.
